This townhouse is my go-to place in Bath. The staff even gave me local delivery number once. It has everything: Wi-Fi, kettle, TV. No pets, no smoking. Perfect for a holiday.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and beautifully decorated room. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions and shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast option could have been better with a wider variety of choices.

Loved the layout of the house, with spacious rooms and modern decor. the comfy beds and great showers were a plus, ensuring a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the Christmas markets but away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. the presence of a Christmas tree added a festive touch to our stay.
Two of the bedrooms were also quite noisy, which affected our sleep quality. the TV only had access to iPlayer and not ITV Live, which prevented us from watching an important World Cup match.

The location is fantastic, with all the attractions and shops within walking distance. The house has a small lounge and washroom on the ground floor, perfect for older guests. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and great showers. The kitchen is well-equipped for a weekend stay.
The housekeeping was delayed upon arrival, causing some inconvenience.

Free WiFi throughout the property: The WiFi was reliable and fast, allowing me to easily stay connected and stream my favorite shows. It was like having a personal butler serving me seamless entertainment!
Neglected patio: The patio could use some cleaning and maintenance. With a little TLC, it could be transformed into a charming oasis, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious city center townhouse. the property's ground floor lounge and washroom were perfect for our 99, year, old grandmother. the spacious rooms and beautiful decor made for a comfortable and stylish stay. the high, quality linen ensured a good night's sleep, despite the initial warmth caused by the heating being left on before our arrival. the location is excellent, with all the attractions and shops in Bath within walking distance. The well, equipped kitchen had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Cons: Nothing not to like. 😊.
